Med Learning Group, an award-winning provider of continuing medical education, sought virtual event production support, podcast production support, and wished to expand the reach and impact of its innovative learning programs through video. With a global audience of practicing physicians and hundreds of virtual educational programs every year, Med Learning Group needed reliable, professional, and highly polished virtual event production support, and were eager to develop podcasts, supplemental videos, and other content that were high-quality, accessible, engaging, and would resonate across specialties and geographies.
Chaski now partners closely with Med Learning Group’s Program team on an ongoing basis to provide virtual event production support, live special event support, podcast and video production, and design support. For virtual events, Chaski acts as technical producer—coordinating session logistics, managing an AV team, operating the technical platform, and ensuring audience engagement. Chaski also provides skilled moderators for many of these programs. On special live events, Chaski has done everything from providing in-person facilitators for live symposia, to sending an AV team to set up for livestreaming and recording in person, and fully producing an in-person and virtual walk to support early screening and detection of Type-1 Diabetes.
For video content, Chaski assists the Program and Marketing teams in the development, production, and post-production of an expansive array of video products that support ongoing education and stakeholder engagement. Chaski is frequently live on-site capturing and editing footage for major medical conference sizzles to document Med Learning Group’s impact, or working remotely with the program team and medical experts to produce supplemental content videos for programs, standalone educational videos, and on-demand recorded programs that can be widely accessed. We also produce and edit podcasts, facilitate document, podcast and programming language translations for broader accessibility, and provide design assets for a number of their programs. What began with an inquiry into support capacity has become an ongoing partnership nearing its 10th year.
Since 2022, Chaski has produced over 500 virtual learning sessions, podcasts, and videos across more than 20 U.S. states—supporting physician learning worldwide and contributing to better patient outcomes through improved medical practice.
